At PIBS, our Team Outbound & Experiential Learning Program is more than just a retreat—it is a rigorous, high-impact intervention designed to break down silos and build unbreakable professional bonds. By removing your team from the comfort of the office and placing them in dynamic, hands-on environments, we trigger the “Aha!” moments that lead to lasting behavioral change.

Our methodology is anchored in David Kolb’s Experiential Learning Model, which ensures that every activity follows a cycle of Experience → Reflection → Conceptualization → Application

Signature Experiential Activities

We curate a mix of physically and mentally stimulating challenges tailored to your team’s fitness and professional needs:

  • Strategic Construction: Tower Building or Raft Building to test resource management and delegation.
  • The Trust Journey: Leader’s Walk (Blindfolded Navigation) to emphasize communication and guidance during uncertainty.
  • Mental Reflexes: The Matrix or Human Puzzles to improve strategic planning and non-verbal coordination.
  • Breakthrough Challenges: Walking on Fire or Bending the Rod to push personal boundaries and build collective confidence. 

 

Logistics & Methodology

  • Interactive Debriefs: After every activity, our facilitators lead a structured reflection to draw parallels between the game and daily workplace challenges.
  • Duration: Typically 2-3 Days (Intensive).
  • Full-Service Planning: We manage the entire experience, from venue selection (scenic resorts near Dhaka or beyond) to specialized catering
